A website for a beauty marketing agency ready for its next stage of growth

Aesthetic Media is a marketing agency focused exclusively on the beauty industry. From the start, the website needed to clearly communicate the brand’s specialisation while standing out in a market filled with very similar visual and communication solutions.

Business context / challenge

Most agencies in the market communicate in almost identical ways, using the same visual patterns, language, and page structures. As a result, brands tend to blend together, making real differences hard to recognise at the first point of contact.

Goal guiding the entire process

The goal was to clearly differentiate Aesthetic Media from its competitors and design a cohesive brand character.We planned and designed both the communication and the website so that, from the very first seconds, they would express the brand’s personality and unique approach to beauty marketing, combining modern solutions with strong retro and vintage inspirations presented in a fresh, contemporary form.

Role in the project

Jagoda Studio was responsible for the full scope of the project, including information architecture, communication hierarchy, branding, graphic design, and website design.The work covered both strategic and visual layers. The only element outside our scope was the technical implementation of the website.

Key decisions made during the project

  • defining a communication tone based on real service offerings and tangible value
  • consciously simplifying the message to ensure clarity from the first point of contact
  • designing a clear content hierarchy that guides users through the offer
  • structuring navigation to support readability and fast movement across the site
  • defining a graphic direction that combines minimalism with retro and vintage influences.

The most interesting challenge

The biggest challenge was designing a brand identity that connects retro and vintage inspiration with a modern, minimalist approach.
Finding the right balance between classic, highly expressive forms and contemporary web design was key to creating a website that feels distinctive while remaining clear and functional.

Consistent communication of packages and agency offers

Branding communication and package logic were designed, which clearly organize the scope of the agency's services. This approach makes it easier to understand the offer, shows the differences between packages and helps customers choose a solution that suits their needs.

Combining modern structure with retro aesthetics

Such a contrast gives character to the design, distinguishes it visually and supports the building of an expressive brand identity.

Branding inspired by retro aesthetics

The visual layer alludes to retro elements such as collages, textures, and contrasting typography. This gives the brand an expressive character, builds recognition and sets it apart from modern, very smoothed identifications.

The personality of the owner as the foundation of the brand

The project deliberately exposed the owner of the agency, her approach to marketing and her way of working as a key element of communication. Thanks to this, the brand acquires a human dimension, builds authenticity and stands out from impersonal agencies.

From a design perspective, we were responsible for creating the brand’s key visual elements and the website design.The scope included developing the agency’s branding, defining the visual direction and graphic language, and designing the website’s visual layer, layout, and section composition.Everything was built on a consistent visual system that combines minimalist structure with retro and vintage aesthetics, resulting in a distinctive yet modern brand character.
