Building an expert personal brand in real estate through clear, structured online communication

The brand had strong visual and personal potential from day one, but it wasn’t being used in a consistent way online. The aim was to design a website that would act as the home base for the personal brand and genuinely support its future development.

Business context / challenge

The client already had strong visual assets and natural authority within the industry, but lacked a single, cohesive platform to organise her activities and communication. Most competitor websites followed similar, rigid templates that offered little flexibility and failed to showcase the personality behind the brand.

Goal guiding the entire process

The primary goal was to leverage the client’s video content, live events, and media presence to build strong authority and create a website that reinforces her personal brand, clearly communicates expertise, and provides a dedicated space for selling a proprietary online course.

Role in the project

As the designer, I developed the key visual concept for the personal brand and designed the website structure and layout. As the Webflow developer, I implemented the project and prepared the website for future growth. I also contributed to the branding and messaging phase, supporting the development of navigation and content structure.

Key decisions made during the project

  • Stepping away from generic real estate website patterns built around listings and dry service descriptions
  • Placing the client at the heart of the website as the main voice and focal point of the brand
  • Crafting a narrative rooted in her expertise, lived experience, and authentic presence in the industry

The most interesting challenge

Visual storytelling that builds personal brand authority

High-quality photography and video were used intentionally across the website to build credibility and reinforce the owner’s expert positioning in a natural, authentic way.

A dedicated space for course sales

The sections were designed to support not only the purchase process but also to help users understand the course structure, key topics, and included materials before making a decision.

A dedicated space for podcast publishing and listening

A separate section was designed specifically for publishing podcast episodes, with the ability to listen to them directly on the website.

An intuitive CMS for managing multiple content types

A clear, well-structured CMS was implemented to make it easy to manage and update different types of content, including articles and educational materials.

A logical structure for the services offering

A clear visual and content structure makes the services easy to understand and supports confident decision-making.

Vision

How we approached the brand and website and the key decisions made along the way

Design

From a design perspective, the project focused on creating a cohesive key visual for the personal brand.

We designed:

  • the website layout
  • a scalable spacing and layout system
  • UI elements such as buttons and iconography
  • a dedicated colour palette
  • a photography and video content strategy

All elements were brought together in a personal brand brandbook that now serves as a foundation for consistent visual communication going forward.

Development

The website was built in Webflow based on the Figma design, with a strong focus on precision and flexibility.

From a development perspective, we focused on:

  • accurate implementation of the approved design
  • preparing dedicated sections for online course sales
  • building flexible sections for podcast content and future video episodes
Komunikacja

On the communication side, we contributed to shaping the website’s content structure and navigation.

The focus was on simple, human language and clear user paths, so the content reinforces the client’s expertise instead of getting in the way of it.
