This project focused on the website for the first smart residential development in Iwierzyce. The investment combines modern technology, functional living spaces, and thoughtfully designed green areas. The challenge was to ensure that these values were clearly communicated online, not only experienced on site.

Goal guiding the entire process
The goal was to create a website that:
- efficiently collects contact details from potential buyers
- clearly presents the functionality of modern apartments
- builds an emotional connection with the place and the lifestyle of the development
Every design and technical decision was made to ensure users not only review the offer, but also feel that the place fits their everyday life.
Role in the project
I was responsible for shaping the entire digital experience, from structure to execution:
- defining the information architecture
- designing the interface
- building the website in Webflow
- helping organise content and communication
The goal was to turn the values of the development into a clear, intuitive digital experience for both users and the sales team.
Key decisions made during the project
A few key decisions guided the project:
- giving each apartment its own dedicated page to highlight its unique character
- simplifying contact forms to reduce friction and encourage direct contact
Thanks to these choices, the website works as a conversation starter with future residents, not just a list of available apartments.

The visual design was created to communicate a sense of calm, harmony, and the natural rhythm of daily life within the development.
A minimalist black-and-white aesthetic helps organise content without competing with it. Photography and the way it is presented play a key role in building atmosphere and allowing users to imagine themselves living in the space from the very first interaction.
Development
The website was built around an elastic structure that can scale as the development evolves.
Apartment subpages, smart contact forms, and offer customisation tools turn the site into a practical sales tool, while keeping content management simple and intuitive for the investor’s team.
