Optidata’s website no longer reflected the company’s growth.
Over the years, the website had been expanded with new elements that gradually became outdated both visually and communicationally. The layout was inconsistent, and the way content was presented did not build trust or clearly communicate that Optidata is a mature B2B organization.
Business context / challenge
Optidata is a mid-sized B2B company with a stable market position, working mainly with manufacturing, distribution, and logistics partners. While the business itself was performing well, the website failed to reflect the company’s scale and professionalism. For first-time visitors, this created a risk of weakened credibility.
Goal guiding the entire process
The primary goal was to restructure the visual and communication layers of the website. The project focused on removing outdated design patterns and introducing a modern, restrained visual direction. An additional objective was to improve content management by migrating from WordPress to Webflow and implementing a clear, intuitive CMS.
Role in the project
I was responsible for designing the new layouts, defining the visual direction, and delivering the full Webflow implementation. The work covered both visual design and technical development.
Key decisions made during the project
Value delivered to users
The new website builds trust from the first contact and clearly communicates what Optidata does and what value it offers to its customers.
The most interesting challenge

How design decisions translated into measurable results
The website was redesigned around a completely new key visual.
Gradient-based brand colors were introduced to create a modern and coherent visual identity. Strong emphasis was placed on unifying UI elements such as labels, typography, and color usage, supported by a clear style guide. Layouts were simplified and content structure reorganized to improve readability and logical flow.
A stable and scalable Webflow implementation
From a technical perspective, the project included a bilingual website implementation and migration from Figma to Webflow while preserving full visual consistency. A key focus was the development of an intuitive content management system, enabling easy content updates and long-term scalability.
A shift from company-centric to problem-driven communication
The communication layer was redefined to focus on real customer challenges rather than internal company descriptions. Products and systems were presented in context, making the message more concrete, understandable, and relevant for the target audience.
