A system that helps personal brands look like brands, not corporations
At Mind and Matter, we identified a recurring challenge among personal brands. Many need a high-quality, modern website but operate within limited budgets. The goal of this project was to create a flexible system that enables brand freedom and differentiation without the need to build everything from scratch.
Business context / challenge
Mind and Matter developed an offer tailored to personal brands, experts, creators, and small business owners. These clients often need a professional, modern website that does not push them into generic, corporate-style communication. Many existing templates on the market meet technical requirements but are visually repetitive and impose a fixed style that is difficult to adapt to an individual brand identity.
Goal guiding the entire process
The idea was to create a universal Webflow template paired with a component library that:
- makes launching a website fast and accessible
- gives real freedom to build a unique brand
- grows and evolves over time
- doesn’t force every brand into the same visual mould
The project sits between quick, generic templates and expensive, fully custom websites.
Role in the project
I designed a Webflow-friendly style guide, built a modern branding system for the template, and created a flexible library of components and layouts that can be mixed and adapted.The system was designed for personal brands at different stages and extended with an AI-based marketing consultant concept to support branding and communication choices.
Key decisions made during the project
Early on, we moved away from the traditional template approach. Instead of a single visual style, we designed a decision-based system that users can adapt to their own brand.Branding, style guides, and layouts were created to guide users through choices rather than impose a predefined aesthetic.
Value delivered to users
The end user receives:
- a flexible Webflow template
- a reusable component library
- a clear, easy-to-follow style guide
- practical instructions for managing the website and branding system
This allows users to launch their website quickly, adapt it to their brand, and scale it over time without technical or visual frustration.
The most interesting challenge
The main challenge was designing a custom style guide paired with clear instructions that enable fast branding implementation directly in Webflow.The system automatically builds visual consistency while still giving users full control over colour, typography, and UI elements.

A project system that organises branding and removes chaos
From a design perspective, the work focused on creating a logical, operational style guide and a clear design system.The system was then translated from Figma into Webflow, resulting in a template branding framework, layout designs, and a set of project rules that can be adjusted based on specific needs, including typography, spacing, and colour systems.A structured component library, organised by thematic areas, further supports efficient page building.
A Webflow structure designed for growth and ease of use
From a development perspective, the style guide logic was implemented directly in Webflow, supported by an intuitive CMS built to manage blog content, video, and podcasts.The project structure enables further website expansion without compromising the integrity of the overall system and was designed with non-technical users and easy day-to-day management in mind.
A clear narrative and navigation that support branding decisions
The content structure and navigation were designed to guide users through the website in a clear and intuitive way.Visual and written content work together to support consistent brand communication and are complemented by an AI-powered marketing consultant concept that helps users make informed branding and communication decisions.
